Commercial Manager


You’ll be our: Commercial Manager

You’ll be based at: Jasola, New Delhi

You’ll be Reporting to: Service Head

You’ll be a member of: Service Team

What you’ll do at Omega Seiki Mobility: 

  • Manage a set of dealerships to achieve the business parameters like volumes, market share, collection, deliveries, spare part sales, etc.
  • Inventory closure as per ERP system on monthly basis with the bifurcation of Faulty/Scrap/In-hand availability.
  • Design and implementation of specific incentive schemes for dealers.
  • Auditing of physical material as per ERP closure, which is lying with Store.
  • Managing different transporters for inward/outward shipments.
  • Dealer Recruitment as per requirement, Documentation, Vendor code generation.
  • Agreement Closure, PO processing for supply & services.
  • Driving process improvement/cost saving/productivity improvement projects
  • Dealers/customers invoicing, Validation, GRN, and Payment processing.
  • Sourcing of material through internal sourcing team or suppliers.
  • Negotiation with OEM’s, NFA, and PO placement and arranging the material.
  • To work with finance on Monthly Provisioning of expenses & Revenue.
  • Alignment of Internal business processes for achieving revenue and service level target
  • Invoicing and payment collection from Dealer/Customer for services/Spares/AMC Charges and O&M activity.
  • AOP Closure for current and next fiscal along with Finance and Marketing

Here’s what we are looking for:

5-8 years experience in Auto / Auto Equipment /Auto ancillary/Spares.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma/Bachelor’s in Engineering, Graduate/PG with specialization in Logistics or Finance.
