Regional Sales Manager

You’ll be our: Regional Sales Manager

You’ll be based at: Bangalore

You’ll be a member of: Sales Team

What you’ll do at Omega Seiki Mobility:

Manage the sales revenue in the assigned geography.
Lead the Dealer Development & manage the key accounts in the assigned region
Provide leadership to the sales team of Channel Account Managers & Key Account Managers.
Analyse regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
Develop and manage the regional sales funnel in line with Monthly/quarterly & annual goals.
Provide product wise quarterly & monthly forecast for the assigned customers
Ensure dealer ROI
Assign sales quotas to the team and review the KPI’s/KRA
Identify the hiring needs & train / hand hold the existing team members.
Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
Maintain a healthy customer satisfaction index in the assigned region
Prepare & achieve an annual operating plan for the assigned customers
Manage state approvals for the new products in the assigned region
Develop new financing Partners & Closely work with the existing financing partners to enable B2B/B2C & B2G business

Here’s what we are looking for:

15 to 20 years in Automobile / Equivalent Industry

Skills Required:

Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, or similar senior sales role
Ability to assign, measure and analyse key performance indicators
Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
Availability to travel as needed
