Responsible for driving sales targets, expanding channel networks, managing profitability, and executing market development in the assigned territory. Oversees end-to-end partner management, product performance, and customer satisfaction through strategic planning and on-ground implementation.
Develop product- and area-wise sales and dealer expansion plans
Appoint and onboard new dealers as per market potential
Ensure showrooms adhere to OSM’s retail identity and creative guidelines
Supply partners with necessary marketing materials, demo vehicles, and brochures
Execute local marketing campaigns with assigned partners
Ensure end-to-end service delivery for B2B/B2C/B2G clients (RTO, insurance, subsidy)
Train partner sales and service staff regularly
Monitor and support monthly sales target achievement by dealers
Proactively identify and resolve partner concerns
Mitigate channel conflicts and coordinate cross-functional communication
Lead solution-building aligned with market needs and customer feedback
MBA (preferred specialization in Sales or Marketing)
BE in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering (optional)
7–10 years in sales roles, preferably in EV or automobile industry
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Territory & channel management expertise
Understanding of dealership operations and customer lifecycle
Local language proficiency (Kannada preferred)
Ability to travel 15–20 days per month
Result-oriented and self-motivated
Good interpersonal and leadership skills
Strategic thinker with operational agility
