Position: Digital Marketing Executive

As one of India’s fastest-growing EV companies, we are expanding our digital footprint and looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Executive to lead our lead generation and social media efforts.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct market research to identify and target potential customers
- Design and execute lead generation campaigns across social media (Instagram LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
- Create compelling content to drive engagement and attract quality leads
- Use segmentation and targeting tools to optimize campaign performance
- Engage directly with prospects via social media, email, and messaging
- Qualify leads and collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth conversions
- Monitor and analyse campaign metrics and report performance insights
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and new technologies and collate the data
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
Who You Are:
- Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation or digital marketing, ideally in automotive or EV industry
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and campaign management
- Excellent communication and content creation skills
- Proficient in CRM, digital tools, and analytics platforms
- Self-starter with a creative and data-driven mindset
- Passionate about sustainable mobility and EV innovation
