Born in New Delhi Uday is an MBA in Finance from Stonybrook University, New York. Uday initially made his mark in the commodity and energy trading industry, where he gained widespread acclaim as one of the world’s most innovative fund managers in electricity, at a time when deregulation was taking hold of the US markets.
He founded Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) in 2018. Nurturing it to become the Tesla of the East for cargo vehicles the company is based in New Delhi with a vision to build a Pan Asia brand.
He went on to lead oil, gas and power trading portfolios in several leading trading firms in America before moving to Europe as the President of a major energy trading corporation.
Uday’s keen eye for right partners who share his passion for growth and mutual rewards, has resulted in the consistent evolution and unrivalled growth of the Anglian brand. While keeping the existing automotive parts business rising to new heights, Uday entered the world of electric vehicles with the OSM brand with the pure electric three-wheeler Rage+. This was followed by India’s first refrigerated electric vehicle – Rage+ Frost.
He further plans to expand OSM to enter B2B business with two-wheelers, while also bringing a pure-electric Made-in-India medium and heavy commercial vehicle.
Richard was born and raised in Germany but gained Australian citizenship as well. He holds
an MBA in Economics & Business Administration from the University of Witten/Herdecke,
Germany and a Harvard Business School certificate in Corporate Performance. Richard is a
leader and team player who engages all parties in his plans and actions.
Richard led the international and multicultural post-acquisition integration of companies in
Japan and Switzerland and negotiated licensing and co-commercialisation deals of
significant deal value. He also chaired the alliances and co-commercialization committee with
business partners, including Pfizer. Richard was the VP of Marketing & Sales with clients in
more than 50 countries but also gained hands on experience as District Sales Manager of an
award-winning sales team on the Central Coast of Australia.
He has been associated with several other brands including the likes of Nippon Hexal
Corporation (now Sandoz), Mitsui & Co., Boehringer Ingelheim and Ginsana (now SFI).
He has a vision for planning and implementing projects, and he is passionate about
improving the health and welfare of others. He understands how to align marketing
(strategies) with sales (execution). Richard has been felicitated with the 2007 Asia Pacific
Balanced Scorecard Hall of Fame Award by Prof. Kaplan of Harvard University.
Richard is also an avid long-distance hiker and loves landscape-gardening. He is also a
black belt holder in Akkido, a Japanese martial art form.
Neeraj Budhiraja is an enthusiastic and result oriented finance management professional having over 23 years of experience in finance and accounts, Risk control management, ERP systems, auditing and taxation. Working at various senior levels, Neeraj had been instrumental in designing policies and procedures during his tenure with Gabriel, Aristocrat and Reckitt Benckiser.
A Post Graduate in Business Management (Finance) from Symbiosis, Pune, and certified professional in Applied Financial Risk Management from IIM Kozhikode, Neeraj joined Omega Seiki Mobility in May 2020 as Chief financial officer in Omega group of companies.

Previously, Ms Nida Khanam has been associated with organisations like Grohe India – Lixil , Rockwell Automation India & Jindal Stainless Ltd. Khanam carries over 18 years of HR leadership and transformation across industries & culture. She is an IIM-C and AMU alumnus. She is a certified & credentialed Coach from NeuroLeadership Institute & International Coaching Federation, USA.
Manuj’s journey in the Supply Chain realm spans over 24 years, marked by a dynamic blend of deep and broad enterprise-level expertise. With a track record of embracing challenges and driving results, he has honed his skills in Supply Chain Management, Inbound Logistics, Warehouse Management, and Procurement. He’s also adept in SAP’s MM/PP modules and has led large-scale digital transformations in the two-wheel industry, including the production planning for India’s leading OEMs like Hero Moto Corp, TVS Motor Company, Philips, and SML Isuzu.
A distinguished engineer by education, Manuj is a medalist in his graduating class and has furthered his knowledge with a Post Graduate Diploma in General Management from the Emeritus Institute of Management, Singapore. His acumen shines through in both established and greenfield supply chain setups, where he’s known for achieving the fastest ramp-ups in complex, multi-location operations.
Passionate about the evolving Electric Vehicle (EV) sector, Manuj brings a wealth of experience to the table. His strategic vision is complemented by a hands-on approach that has seen him set up end-to-end supply chains with finesse and strategic foresight.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Manuj is known for his passion for engineering excellence and his contribution to the growth and efficiency of the organizations he’s been part of. His dedication to his field is paralleled by his interests outside of work, where he seeks to balance his professional achievements with personal enrichment.
Having close to a decade of experience with right blend of top consulting and corporate experience with large MNCs, Kushal brings with him rich experience of M&A, Business Strategy & Planning, Fund Raising, IPOs, Corporate Finance, Corporate Laws and Stakeholder Management. At OSM, he is playing a vital role in company’s aggressive growth journey with focus on fund raising, strategic partnerships, new projects and initiatives.
Hailing from Kolkata, he is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and pursuing his CFA (US) to further feed his hunger for knowledge. Before joining OSM, Kushal has worked with large companies like KPMG, Essar Group and Pantomath Capital.
During his last stint, Kushal has led marquee transaction in industries such as EV, FMCG, Building Materials, Logistics, Renewables, Industrial Machineries to name a few. He was instrumental from end-to-end in these transactions which involved global Private Equity and VCs. He also has extensive experience in Capital Markets and M&A.
During his previous experiences, Kushal has always worked with Top Leaderships which has nurtured him quite early-on in his career to take leadership roles. His sharp business and financial acumen will further fuel growth of OSM.
Gary Donald Neal is Omega Seiki Mobility’s Vice President for Operational Excellence. With his rich experience in the Aerospace Industry for more than 4 decades. He will drive efficiency and improve performance in operations. He has worked with several German aviation companies and has a strong background in process improvement methodologies. He has led numerous successful projects with Boeing to streamline processes and reduce costs.
Gary is a result-oriented leader who is dedicated to driving continuous improvement and creating a culture of excellence within the organisation.
With a degree in both mechanical and electrical engineering, he has a deep understanding of the intricacies of production processes and the importance of efficiency in operations.
