About Profile: We are seeking a strategic and experienced Retail Finance Head to oversee financial operations within our automobile dealership. The Retail Finance Head will play a crucial role in managing financial performance, optimizing profitability, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance management specific to the automobile retail sector, with a proven track record of success in financial planning, analysis, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensuring retail finance for all categories of EV, 3W/2W business
• Ensuring 4-5 financers are available at any point in time with all sets of dealers at their respective areas of operations.
• Bosting dealer (B2B, B2C) sales through various financing options /Schemes reviewing dealer RCT.
• Identifying new potential States, cities, districts, taluka, and villages for expansion of the network with various categories of Dealerships, and outlets for existing dealerships.
• Identifying & closely working with local co-operative banks & Mapping dealerships with them.
• Ensuring availability of financier’s support at all the dealerships.
• Building & maintaining relationships with tie-up banks & to ensure their development.
• Monitor the retail development across the territories of dealers.
• Onboarding identified dealers on the Working Capital Facility (CF) to ensure the dealer has a sufficient amount of investment in the business.
• Receivables management – Timely collection of company debtors to ensure minimum fund blockage & working capital gap.
• Working with OEMs in their retail financing.
• Ensuring timely rotation of Funds for channel finance accounts & ensuring collection of amounts in case of overdue through rigorous follow-ups.
Requirement
