Job Overview -The Channel Manager wins, maintains, and expands relationships with assigned channel partners. He will be responsible for achieving sales, profitability and partner recruitment objectives. The Channel Manager will represent the entire range of company products and services to assigned partners though may focus on a specific solution or product set if focused in a partner vertical market.

Job Responsibilities-

  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
  • Make trading area wise plan for expansion of dealer network & appoint new dealers as per the plan
  • Ensure that every partners have sales and service team as per the requirements of that territory
  • Ensure all partners locations / showrooms are as per OSM’s design, availability of creatives etc.
  • Ensure that the partners are equipped with necessary material like brochures / demo vehicles
  • Run specified marketing campaigns with the assigned partners
  • Ensure the partner efficiently service all the B2B/B2C & B2G clients with essential services like RTO / Insurance / FAME benefits
  • Managing the partners with training to their sales & service staff & coordinates the involvement of OSM personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
  • Assign partnership targets & ensure that all the partners meet the targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
  • Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
  • Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.

  • BE (Mechanical/Automobile) or MBA (Sales) or Both
