About Profile: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced EHS Specialist to join our organization. The EHS Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of OSHAS standards and practices, as well as experience in conducting risk assessments, implementing safety policies, and providing training to employees.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting daily site inspections and creating and monitoring Safety Maps and Safety check sheets.
• comprehensive safety reports
• Manage work permits and conduct internal audits for safety compliance.
• Responsible for implementation and following Environment Health and Safety policies and procedures for the overall factory.
• Responsible for complying with all Environmental Compliance as per SPCB & CPCB guidelines- Consent to Air, Water, Hazardous waste, Environmental Statement
• Responsible for complying with the Fire Department for Fire NOC & its renewal.
• Working for Certification & Re certification for ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001 with Certification Audit & Surveillance audit guideline & criteria.
• Implement and improve an EHS escalation System.
• Conducting Safety & Fire Fighting mock drill as per schedule mentioned in clause C-8 (Annex E)
• Mapping and regulating EHS compliances and audit report
• Conducting EOHS committee meetings regularly and circulating the MOM to all concerned departments along with their tracking.

Requirement
• Good communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Availability to travel as needed
• Diploma in fire and safety
• Certification of OSHAS and Red Cross safety.
