Job Summary

Oversees after-sales service operations across regions to ensure customer satisfaction, partner support, service quality, and operational excellence. Responsible for technical troubleshooting, SOP standardization, and data-driven improvement of EV 3-wheeler service systems.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Deliver post-sales support to dealers, customers, and B2B clients

  • Analyze and resolve field complaints and breakdowns

  • Implement standardized service processes across all partners

  • Conduct regular technician and service manager training

  • Support strategic customers with tailored service models

  • Manage spare parts inventory and reorder processes

  • Review and optimize manpower, infrastructure, and tools at workshops

  • Maintain breakdown, warranty, and extended warranty records

  • Leverage IoT, DMS, and RSA tracker tools for real-time service tracking

  • Benchmark industry data for product improvement and SOP development

  • Ensure accurate documentation and service analytics

  • Drive partner workshop profitability and customer retention metrics


Education

B. Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering


Experience

12–20 years in automotive service management (EV experience preferred)


Specific Skills

  • Strong technical diagnostic & service knowledge

  • Hands-on experience in spare parts planning & dealer management

  • Expertise in service process documentation & analytics

  • Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9000, SOPs

  • Familiarity with digital tracking systems like IoT, DMS
