Oversees after-sales service operations across regions to ensure customer satisfaction, partner support, service quality, and operational excellence. Responsible for technical troubleshooting, SOP standardization, and data-driven improvement of EV 3-wheeler service systems.
Deliver post-sales support to dealers, customers, and B2B clients
Analyze and resolve field complaints and breakdowns
Implement standardized service processes across all partners
Conduct regular technician and service manager training
Support strategic customers with tailored service models
Manage spare parts inventory and reorder processes
Review and optimize manpower, infrastructure, and tools at workshops
Maintain breakdown, warranty, and extended warranty records
Leverage IoT, DMS, and RSA tracker tools for real-time service tracking
Benchmark industry data for product improvement and SOP development
Ensure accurate documentation and service analytics
Drive partner workshop profitability and customer retention metrics
B. Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering
12–20 years in automotive service management (EV experience preferred)
Strong technical diagnostic & service knowledge
Hands-on experience in spare parts planning & dealer management
Expertise in service process documentation & analytics
Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9000, SOPs
Familiarity with digital tracking systems like IoT, DMS
Analytical and data-driven
