About Profile: The Territory Sales Manager need to ensure the achievement of sales targets and market expansion channels in the assigned territory area. He will be responsible for ensuring, the profitability of manpower recruitment and target objectives. The area Manager will represent the entire range of company products and services to assigned partners though may focus on a specific solution or product set if focused in a partner vertical market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make a product/Model area-wise plan for the expansion of the dealer network & appoint new dealers as per the plan.
• Ensure all partner’s locations/showrooms are as per OSM’s design, retail identify availability of creatives etc.
• Ensure that the partners are equipped with the necessary materials like brochures/demo vehicles.
• Run specified marketing campaigns with the assigned partners.
• Ensure the partner efficiently services all the B2B/B2C & B2G clients with essential services like RTO/ Insurance/ FAME  benefits.
• Managing the partners with training to their sales & service staff & coordinates the involvement of OSM personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
• Ensure channel partners meet the product/model monthly targets of given sales volume.
• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
• Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
• Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.

Requirement
• Good communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Ready to travel 15-20 days in a month.
• BE (Mechanical/Automobile) or MBA (Sales) or Both
• Knowledge of Area and territory.
