Job Summary

Responsible for driving sales targets, expanding channel networks, managing profitability, and executing market development in the assigned territory. Oversees end-to-end partner management, product performance, and customer satisfaction through strategic planning and on-ground implementation.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop product- and area-wise sales and dealer expansion plans

  • Appoint and onboard new dealers as per market potential

  • Ensure showrooms adhere to OSM’s retail identity and creative guidelines

  • Supply partners with necessary marketing materials, demo vehicles, and brochures

  • Execute local marketing campaigns with assigned partners

  • Ensure end-to-end service delivery for B2B/B2C/B2G clients (RTO, insurance, subsidy)

  • Train partner sales and service staff regularly

  • Monitor and support monthly sales target achievement by dealers

  • Proactively identify and resolve partner concerns

  • Mitigate channel conflicts and coordinate cross-functional communication

  • Lead solution-building aligned with market needs and customer feedback


Education

MBA (preferred specialization in Sales or Marketing)
BE in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering (optional)


Experience

7–10 years in sales roles, preferably in EV or automobile industry


Specific Skills

  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills

  • Territory & channel management expertise

  • Understanding of dealership operations and customer lifecycle

  • Local language proficiency (Kannada preferred)

  • Ability to travel 15–20 days per month
