The Role

National Head Dealer Development: We’re seeking dynamic individuals to spearhead our partner network strategy, particularly in the automotive sector. The chosen candidate will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive program, including identifying and onboarding financing partners to drive sales acceleration through our dealer network. This pivotal role requires expertise in dealership management, sales strategy, and fostering strong industry partnerships for sustainable growth and success

Requirements and Responsibilities

National Dealer Development Head must possess:

  • Essential industry experience in automotive, specifically within EV’s, is a requirement.
  • Having familiarity with marketing, sales, and dealer management domains can provide a valuable advantage in this role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Structuring the complete Dealer Appointment Program, Including various criteria such as qualification, security deposits, showroom specifications, and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborating with Regional Sales Managers to pinpoint new dealer locations and devise annual appointment plans.
  • Leading lead generation efforts in tandem with the sales team and overseeing new dealer onboarding processes.
  • Setting targets and performance metrics for new dealerships, along with managing agreements and partnerships with financial organizations

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

  • Monthly/quarterly targets for new dealer appointments in given regions.
  • Engaging in the onboarding of financial partners for streamlined collaboration and mutual growth.
  • Driving B2C sales through channel partners.

Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for National Head Dealer Development must possess:

  • Extensive automotive industry knowledge, with a focus on electric mobility.
  • Proven track record in supervising collaborations within the automotive sector, including financing partners.
  • A deep understanding of emerging IoT and technology trends, particularly within connected, autonomous, shared, and electric mobility.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work well together with sales and business teams.

Experience Required for National Dealer Development Head

A solid learning background, ideally with a B.E (Mechanical) or similar degree, along with an MBA in Marketing, and 15-20 years of experience in the automobile industry.
